Servastic (“Servastic”, “we” or “us”) utilizes its email service platform, www.servastic.com (the “Site”) to provide contracted email services to its customers and affiliates (the “Services”). This privacy policy (the “Policy”) discloses the information collection, use and privacy practices for the Site. This policy applies to all of our email services customers who use the Site or for whom we provide Services via the Site (each a “User”, collectively, the “Users”) and is intended to inform such Users of the information collection and use practices of the Site.
